Bridging the gap between code & boardroom
Most tech leaders either write code or run the business. I ended up doing both. Not by design, but because a lean consulting firm in Metro Manila doesn't come with a big support team. I admin our Google Workspace, configure our Jira, maintain our servers, built our website, and still help with delivery, marketing, and sales.
That's 10 roles before lunch. So I started building systems to keep up, and that's how I got deep into AI operations.
